RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE SHOP
 
At Knight’s Quality Foods, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality products to our valued customers. We always aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction, however, please note that all food purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, with the following exceptions:
 
1. If the package is severely damaged upon delivery by the shipping carrier.
2. If the product itself shows a consistency change due to weather or delivery conditions. (i.e. product ingredient separation)
 
To process any claim, we kindly request that you take clear photos of the product at the time of receipt and email us via our contact form or email us at orders@knightsqualityfoods.com for next steps on how to proceed. Once reviewed and evaluated, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
